Leslie brings a unique combination of human services leadership, legal expertise, and practical government experience. Her background includes executive roles within Indiana's health and human services agency, where she supported Medicaid, Aging Services, Home and Community-Based Services, Adult Protective Services, and Older Americans Act programs.

Most recently, Leslie served as Indiana's State Unit on Aging Director, overseeing key programs and initiatives that support older adults and individuals with disabilities. Previously, as General Counsel for the agency, she provided legal and strategic guidance across a broad range of operational, policy, and programmatic initiatives.

Throughout her career, Leslie has led complex transformation efforts, advanced long-term services and supports reform, and helped agencies navigate challenging operational and policy issues. Among her many accomplishments, she led a large-scale initiative that reduced admission wait times for Indiana's state psychiatric hospitals by more than 80 percent.

As a licensed attorney with more than 15 years of legal experience, Leslie combines legal insight with practical operational expertise to help organizations develop effective, sustainable solutions to complex challenges. Her experience working at the intersection of policy, operations, compliance, and service delivery enables her to support agencies in improving outcomes while navigating an increasingly complex human services landscape.
