Ronnie-Sue brings over 30 years of unwavering commitment to building and leading human-centered public service systems. Most recently, she served as Deputy Director for Washington State’s Community Services Division, overseeing service delivery of public assistance and self-sufficiency programs for more than 2 million residents, including SNAP, TANF, Medicaid, employment services, and more.

Her leadership spans decades of success in community-wide planning, tribal partnerships, and integrated service delivery. She led Washington’s largest state-run contact center with nearly 1,000 staff and helped shape statewide strategies for equitable access and culturally responsive support in both urban and rural regions.

With deep expertise in business process redesign, project management, and systems-level transformation, Ronnie-Sue is a proven force for good, combining strategic vision with operational excellence.
